What is Ayurveda?

The term Ayurveda comes from Sanskrit and is composed of the words „Ayur” for „life” and „Veda” for „knowledge, wisdom”.
Ayurveda is therefore the „knowledge of life”. The foundation of this knowledge is the consideration of the wholeness of life. All areas of the human being such as feelings, mind, body, behaviour, living environment, social life and the influence of the time of day and seasons are taken into account in their interaction. The roots of the medical knowledge of holistic healthy living go back to about 4000 years ago. The ancient science of life originates from India and Sri Lanka, where Ayurveda is an official branch of medical studies.

HOW DO I FIND OUT WHICH STAY IS SUITABLE FOR ME? HERE IS A LITTLE ADVICE

Ayurveda Intensive week 6 nights and 7 days

This stay helps you to manage stress, to relax, to balance your out-of-balance doshas. Prevention, mental and physical harmonisation, rejuvenation, circulation stabilisation. Or you have already had a Panchakarma treatment a few months ago and the „batteries” are a little „empty” again, your energy and stress level could do with a follow-up.

10 DAYS Vital/Energy

This stay is suitable for recharging your batteries. To increase physical and mental performance. Spend a few days doing only what is good for you. To dive into your own world. Regain a radiant face and increase the quality of life.

14 DAYS AYURVEDA PANCHAKARMA

This stay is mainly suitable for detoxification of the body (5 possible elimination procedures) and balancing of your currently unbalanced doshas (for prevention of health problems; ageing processes and degeneration of the body cells are largely stopped). Strengthens the immune system. However, your general physical constitution should not be immensely weakened, as 14 days of detoxification can be very intensive (time is short). The following stay is suitable for this.

21 DAYS AYURVEDA PANCHAKARMA

During this stay, the focus is also on the total detoxification of the body. Here, however, we have a week longer. The body can be prepared more gently for the detoxification. The treatments can be approached more intensively. You can assume that if existing imbalances have already established themselves – i.e. have become chronic – your organism needs more time to detoxify the body and address the imbalances. Our Ayurveda specialists are happy to answer your individual questions.
