• Ayurveda Treatment intensive – Panchakarma. A Treatment plan will be put together for your individually after the Consultation. Depending on your type ( Dosha ), some applications may be omitted and / or others may be added.

Outdoor activities: Morning walk – forest sculpture path, alternating meditation, lymphatic Treatment, mental and physical problem solving with Yoga sequences, deep relaxation and guided meditation.

In order to receive the full range of Treatments on the Day of arrival and departure, we recommend arriving by around 11 a.m. If you arrive later, please let the resort know your arrival time in good time. Departure in the afternoon – lunch on the Day of arrival and departure is then included and the room can usually be used until after lunch on the Day of departure.
