This program is relaxing and revitalizing. It is designed for regeneration, stress reduction, and the enhancement of overall well-being—without the cleansing rituals of a Panchakarma treatment, and herbs are not used as medicinal supplements for internal intake.

Goal – Relaxation, stress reduction, prevention, and strengthening of well-being

Intensity – Mild, regenerative, suitable for everyone

Methods – Abhyanga (oil massage), Shirodhara (warm oil flow on the forehead), tuning forks / singing bowls, facial treatments, back, neck & foot massages, herbal steam bath (Swedana), reflexology treatments, body peeling and masks, Ayurvedic meals & beverages.

Outdoor activities: Morning walks along the forest sculpture trail, alternating meditation sessions, lymphatic stimulation, mental and physical problem-solving through yoga sequences, deep relaxation, and guided meditation.

To fully enjoy the treatments on the day of arrival and departure, arrival by approximately 11:00 a.m. is recommended. If you arrive later, please inform the resort of your expected arrival time in advance.
Departure in the afternoon – lunch on both the arrival and departure day is included, and the room can usually be used until after lunch on the day of departure.
